• BizCard profile & gadgets should be handled by the authorized person only.
• A profile, a gadget, a person , not to multiple people
• Do not create BizCard account for someone else without their permission.

• You should be aware of the security & trust of any other site connected to BizCard website or accessed through this site yourself, before disclosing any personal information to them BizCard will not accept any responsibility for any damage or loss, resulting from your discloser to any third party sites.
• Any Physical damages of BizCard gadgets responsibility will not be taken care by us.
• Transferring a profile to other person should be with the written permission of BizCard only.
• Responsibility to handle the profile and account should be customer only.
• Let your profile & gadgets need to be handled by you only.
• Do not share your personal used credential to anyone.
• BizCard will not be responsible for any damages of your profile or gadget caused because of any failure by BizCard users.
• BizCard will not be responsible for any 3rd party companies use cookies for tracking purpose.
• Because of any issue if we deactivated you’re BizCard profile then do not open any new account without our permission.
• For the secondary purpose, do not share you’re BizCard profile to anyone else. Do not upload any harmful link, site, virus or any code. BizCard does our best to keep your data as much as safe. Any failure happened because of any unacceptable activities from user on gadget or profile will not be responsible by BizCard.
• BizCard has no control over the content or other functionalities of these Website or WebPages and there is no way liable for their content or characteristics
• We are not monitoring or controlling BizCard user’s actions. So BizCard will not be responsible for any misuse or actions of the system.
• Your data will be stored in BizCard data base
• BizCard is not responsible for any content or information that user upload & transfer.
• All the data deleted users on their profile will be remain in BizCard data base for some time. But it will not be available to anyone else.
• Two accounts for a single person with some emoted is not possible.
• If any violation of above terms and condition can be proceed to cancel or suspend account on BizCard
